Develop selection criteria based on the legal and adoptive parent’s requirement for orphans to be adopted

Develop criteria for the selection of sponsorship beneficiaries ( children at risk)

Select the sponsorship beneficiaries together with pertinent government organizations (kebeles and sub cities)

Channel the money for the sponsorship through Addis Ababa Social and Civil Affairs Giving medical support for the children.

Reunifying abandoned children with their nearest or distant families/relatives

Tracing and identifying families and relatives for abandoned children

Paying school fees if any, and covering food and clothing expenses

Purchase and furnish the shelter with the necessary equipments

Meeting the necessary facility for orphaned children identified to be adopted

Follow up the status of the sponsored children

Conduct monitoring and evaluation

Rehabilitative services

Legal services for informal fostering (court processes of becoming guardians)
